Sound Editor

Cut the part you need from any sound or video, clean it up (volume, noise, silence, fades) and save it as a WAV that's ready for your game: a cutter and a converter in one.

Clean up

Lifts the loudest point to just under the limit (after the volume), so nothing clips.
Hiss and hum between the sounds is faded out. Raise it if noise stays, lower it if quiet parts get cut.
Keys and tips

Space play / pause, Esc stop (back to the start), Ctrl Z undo, Ctrl Shift Z redo, Ctrl S download, Ctrl A select all, Delete cut the selected part out.

For UEFN and Unreal: WAV 16-bit imports straight in: drag it into the Content Browser. Keep short effects mono; music can stay stereo.

The download is the selected part with every effect, exactly what you hear when you press Play. Click a slider's number to type a value, double-click a slider to put it back.

Runs on your device: your sound never leaves it.

Mono is half the size and is what most game sounds use (a 3D sound is placed in the world anyway).
